Krótki opis

Miami, świat bogatych i próżnych ludzi, w którym zasada "jak cię widzą, tak cię piszą" obowiązuje bez żadnych ograniczeń. Dwaj chirurdzy plastyczni, doktor Christian Troy (Julian Mcmahon) i jego przyjaciel doktor Sean McNamara (Dylan Walsh), postanowili to wykorzystać. Zaraz po ukończeniu studiów właśnie tu otworzyli swoją prywatną klinikę chirurgii plastycznej.
